How do I create a Minibase account?

Overview

Creating a Minibase account is fast and free. All you need is your name, email address, and a password. No payment is required to sign up. Once registered, you’ll gain access to models, datasets, and fine-tuning tools within Minibase.

Once your account is made, you can log in at any time by visiting minibase.ai and clicking "Log In."

How to Use

Step 1: Go to the sign-up page

  • Click Sign Up in the top-right corner of the page.

  • If the button doesn’t appear or nothing happens, try refreshing the page or switching browsers. (Chrome and Firefox are generally preferred over Safari.)

Step 2: Fill in your details

  • Enter a name (this can be your first name or a username).

  • Enter your email address.

  • Choose a password.

  • You can also view our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on this page.

Step 3: Create your account

  • Click Create Account.

  • You’ll receive an email to complete the registration process.

Step 4: Confirm your email

  • Open your inbox and look for the confirmation email.

  • Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

  • Click the link in the email to verify your account.

Step 5: You’re all set

  • After clicking the confirmation link, your account is active.

  • You can now log in to Minibase and start using it.

  • Use an email address that you use often: This ensures you’ll receive your confirmation email and future updates.

  • Check your spam folder: Many confirmation emails get filtered by mistake.

  • Save your credentials securely: Use a password manager to keep your login information safe.

Troubleshooting

Can I delete my account?

Yes. If you’d like to delete your account and data, email us at [email protected]. We’ll take swift action to remove your information.

The Sign Up button isn’t working.

Try refreshing the page or using another browser. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected] or send a message in the #support channel on our Discord.

I didn’t get the confirmation email.

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll resend it.
